What Methods of Payment? 
We except direct bank deposit, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and PayPal. 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT BY DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT? 
Your order confirmation will include the necessary information for the direct bank deposit. Please contact your bank or use your online banking to send your payment in Australian dollars so the amount of your purchase will clear into our account. After that, e-mail us the transfer's confirmation number. Bedding By Elegreen will begin processing your order right away after confirming your payment details. 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARDS?
Please add the selected item to the shopping cart and proceed to the check out. Insert your billing details. Select different shipping address if you send the gift to another postal address. Choose the credit card payment option. Click on check out button. Insert your credit card details. Click on the button "process payment/ check out". Your payment is received and order is processed if you receive the confirmation order on the screen. If you had an error code while processing the payment via your credit card, please contact your bank. 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS BY PAYPAL?
Please add the chosen product to the shopping cart and go to the check out. Insert your billing details. Select an alternative shipping address if you send the gift to another postal address. Select the method of payment - PayPal. It is OK if you do not have a PayPal account. You will be connected to PayPal. With PayPal, you can select to pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal Buyer Credit or your PayPal account balance. 
 
Where Does Bedding By Elegreen Deliver Orders & What Shipping Rates Charge?
Our shop offers the following methods of shipping: 
* Regular Post within Australia (tracking online) - $5.00 per order. Expected delivery times to any address in NSW, ACT VIC, SA, QLD, TAS, WA, NT in Australia – 3-5 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested. 
* Pack & Track Post International to New Zealand (tracking online) - $25.00 per order. Delivery time is 4-10 business days. Orders are posted on the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 3.00pm of Sydney, Australia time unless a specific date is requested. If you require delivery in later dates, please inform us by putting the date in the message box provided shipping and payment page. 

All orders would be delivered between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. We cannot guarantee the exact time of a day for delivery. 

How long is one business day and what does it mean?
Questions asked by the customer – ‘I was wondering because when I order shipments, they always say, 1 or 2 business days’. 
Answer: ‘You'll get it between 1 and 2 days, not counting any weekends. So if you order on a Friday, you won't get it until Monday or Tuesday’.

What is Bedding By Elegreen Refund/Return Policy?
Our aim at BeddingByElegreen.com.au is to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times. If you are in any way unhappy with the item you have purchased, we can arrange a replacement or refund for you within 90 days of your purchase date. If a product is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service via email. Our helpful staff is available to assist you from Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm AEST. Inform the order number and the description of the fault. Our staff will advise you whether you need return the item in order to receive replacement and how to arrange postage. 

How can I track my deliver?
Once your order is posted, you will receive an email with the link to Australia Post tracking website, tracking number and estimated date of delivery. To find out the status of your order delivery, please visit http://auspost.com.au/track/where you can use the tracking number provided by Bedding By Elegreen in the order dispatch email. All orders are usually dispatched on the same day if they placed before 3.00pm, Monday-Friday. If you requested a certain delivery date, your order will be sent close to that date (we check the transit time from us to the recipient’s address).
PLEASE NOTE, no orders are posted on Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays as courier services do not work.
